Dragon Fire Grill

Dragon Fire Grill is currently a restaurant concept, at this time, no actual place of business exists. The idea is to create a restaurant where the patrons (you) have a say in the format that ultimately emerges. This means you get to suggest and vote on things like plates, menu items, style, colors, décor, and many other choices that go into the creation of a fully functioning restaurant.

Our Mission Statement

Our mission at Dragon Fire Grill is to provide good food at reasonable prices, to promote the idea that people and taste matter more than making ourselves rich. We believe that people desire choices and healthy options. We believe that people deserve to have tasty food and not bland tasteless food. We believe that a fryer is not the only coking vessel that can be used for late night eating.

We will strive to provide our patrons consistently good food, and to do so with personality. We believe that when people love the job that they do and are able to make a decent living at it they tend to provide better service. To this end we intend to give our crew a vested interest in making this the best restaurant in the area, not just its price range. The crew is the restaurant and without them it would not exist.

You CAN Help

We need you to make suggestions, vote on suggestion, buy various pre-opening products, or just look around. We will not be taking donations, getting loans, or asking for any contribution that you feel that you cannot give. We only ask you to check things out and spend some time getting to know us. This is as much your restaurant as it is ours, and we will be happy to hear from you.
